I am Linda La Fleur and live in Williamsburg, VA. I would like to join a women's basketball team. I will drive to come to practice wherever you are. I am 70, but have played basketball all my life. Co-Ed Volleyball
Jean K. Martin is 63 years old from Davenport, Iowa. I play on women’s and coed volleyball teams indoors and sand in the summer in Davenport. I have played age groups each year at Nationals since 1993 and I also play yearly at the Huntsman World Senior Games (HWSG), St. George, Utah, since 1998. My participation in the HWSG in Oct 2011 included the following with results – Women 55’s – Friends 55-CO (Silver), Women 60’s – Mavericks 60-CA (Gold), Coed Sand 4’s 60’s – Sand Lizards (Silver). I have played with the Pasadena Mavericks team at Nationals and HWSG for the past 9 years, except when I was deployed to IRAQ, and we medaled in every tournament. I also played in several coed tournaments with the young military people while in IRAQ. I feel that I would be an asset to any team that picks me up.
